The Classic StethoMED is a complete manual blood pressure monitoring kit from the Italian company Pic Solution. It is designed for measuring blood pressure and heart rate and is suitable for both professional and home use.

How to Use:

1. Wrap the cuff around the upper arm and secure it tightly with the Velcro.

2. Insert the stethoscope head under the cuff, placing the diaphragm over the brachial artery.

3. Ensure the deflation valve is closed, then inflate the cuff by squeezing the rubber bulb until the pressure is 20–30 mmHg above the expected level.

4. Slowly open the valve to release air at a rate of 2–3 mmHg per second.

5. When you hear the first heartbeat sound, record the reading (systolic pressure).

6. Continue releasing air until the heartbeat sounds disappear, then record the reading (diastolic pressure).

7. Once finished, fully deflate the cuff and place the device back into the carrying case.

• Do not move or speak during measurement.

• Do not use the device if it is damaged or not working properly.

• Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth; do not use chemicals or immerse it in water.

• Keep the device out of reach of children and away from extreme heat or cold.
