 Directions of use:

 1. Submerge the inner cooling bag, which contains crystals, in cold water. Let the bag soak for 5-10

 Minutes. The colder the water temperature, the better the cooling effect.

 2. Gently run your fingers through the inner bag, evenly distribute the crystals all over

 cyst length.

 3. Remove the inner bag from the water and use a towel to wipe off any excess water. Inside

 The bag should have a damp/wet feel, but not dripping with water.
