the use

Cold treatment:

    Place the pack in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before each use.

Hot therapy:

      Hot Water - Put the package in hot water (maximum 80°C) for 10 minutes

Warnings

To avoid frostbite or burn, always wrap the package in a towel before each use.

Cold or hot treatment is generally recommended for no more than 20 minutes per use.

When using as a treatment for postoperative shock, follow your medical practitioner's instructions.

- If contents come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. If irritation or redness persists, consult a physician.

Children should use this product under adult supervision.

- For external use only; Contents not intended for ingestion. If the contents were accidentally ingested, seek immediate medical attention from a physician.
