Cold Soft Back / R&R suitable for both cold and hot therapy. Back compress keeps cool for at least 45-60 minutes.

The cold/hot and cold compress gel remains past degrees Celsius. .



the use
cold therapy:

Place the pack in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before using.
 Remove the package and wrap it in a dry towel.
Apply to the affected area


Direct treatment:

(water)
Place the pack in hot water (maximum 80°C) for 10 minutes.
 Remove the package and wrap it in a dry towel.
Apply to the affected area
(microwave oven)


Put the package in the microwave oven (8W recommended).
Make sure the serving is evenly distributed in the package.
Heat the pack for 60 seconds on low power setting. Heating times vary depending on the power of the microwave.
Increasing the need for more temperatures, then increasing the time required.
Allow the packet to rest at least 1 minute before application
