 the use

Cold Cure:

 Place the pack in the freezer for at least 10-15 minutes before each use.

 Hot therapy:

 Hot water - put the pack in hot water (maximum 80°C) for 10-15 minutes.

 microwave oven-

 Put the package in the microwave oven (800W recommended).

Make sure the gel is evenly distributed in the package.

 Warm up the pack for 25 seconds in a low-power setting. Heating times will vary depending on the power of the microwave.

 If more heat is required, heat in additional 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached.

 Allow the pack to rest for at least one minute before application.

 Cautious

 To avoid frostbite or burn, always wrap the package in a towel before each use.

 Cold or hot therapy is generally recommended for no more than 20 minutes per use.

 When using as a treatment for postoperative shock, follow your medical practitioner's instructions.

 If contents come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. If irritation or redness persists, consult a physician.

 Children should use this product under adult supervision.
