Product Description
FASCIQ IASTM Tools Grip Type - FASCIQ - Grip -
The FASCIQ® IASTM Grip Instrument - Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Information (IASTM) is a technique we often use in physical therapy.
IASTM works like a standard massage, but specialized tools are used rather than the hands of a physical therapist.
These instruments allow for a more direct manipulation of the soft tissues involved in the movement.
- Material: AISI 304 (1.4301) high quality surgical stainless steel
- Weight: 405 grams
- Dimensions: 5mm x 12cm x 12cm
IASTM tools stimulate:
- The hygienic and flexible fascia net is well-maintained.
- Improve tissue perfusion.
- Enhanced range of motion.
- Soft tissue movement.
- Reducing adhesions in connective tissue.
- Trigger point processing.
In recent years, it has been discovered that the basic functions of joints, muscles, organs, and tendons require a normally functioning fascia system. Normal muscle function requires the surrounding fascia to be well-hydrated to allow normal tissue gliding. Between 30 and 40 percent of the force generated by the muscle comes from the surrounding fascia. These facts show that fascia requires special attention.
