Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of medical products, we handle return requests with great care to ensure health and safety.

Evidence (such as photos or video) must be provided with the return request, and the item will be inspected before approval.

We are committed to providing high-quality medical products. Returns are accepted within one (1) day only from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect.

• If you received a product different from what was ordered, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in full packaging.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
