  How to use for cold therapy:
  
  
  • Place the package in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before each use.
  •  Remove the packaging and wrap it in a dry towel.
  • Apply to the affected area

  How to use hot water therapy:
  
  
  • Place the package in hot water (max. 80°C) for 10 minutes.
  •  Remove the packaging and wrap it in a dry towel.
  • Apply to the affected area

  How to use microwave hot therapy:
  
  
  • Place the package in a microwave oven (recommended 8W).
  • Make sure the serving is evenly distributed in the package.
  • Heat the pack for 1 minute in low power mode. Heating times vary depending on the power of the microwave.
  • If more heat is needed, heat in additional 10-second increments until desired temperature is reached.
  • Allow the pack to rest at least one minute before application

   To avoid frostbite or burn, always wrap the package in a towel before each use.
   Cold or hot therapy is generally recommended for treatment of no more than 20 minutes per use.
  When using as a treatment for postoperative shock, follow your medical practitioner's instructions.
   If contents of non-toxic packages come into contact with skin or eyes, wash with water immediately. If irritation or redness persists, consult a doctor.
  Children should use this product under adult supervision.
